Deliver exceptional client experiences – in accordance with Blue Water Day Spa methods, greet and welcome clients; analyze and discuss their skin care regimen; perform all Blue Water Day Spa skin care services; prescribe professionally-recommended programs; explain services and treatments conducted; discuss home care and complete treatments on-time; make computer notes of treatment outcomes; adhere to uniform standards and professional code of conduct; clean room after each shift in accordance with State Board requirements and internal Blue Water Day Spa checklists 100% of the time.
Create and uphold client service, room and team standards in accordance with State Board standards. Meeting or exceeding all established quality standards.
Attend trainings with outside vendors and product providers.
Follow written treatment protocols and esthetic handbook.
Attend team meetings.
Meet or exceed all established quantitative metrics including: service and product revenue goals; % of retail sales to services sales; request rate.
Support the Blue Water Day Spa culture and its principles. Participate in Spa team activities including attending team meetings and events.
Details & Requirements
– Open schedule Thursday, 10:00 am -6:15pm, and Sunday and Monday from 10am-6:15pm.
– Pay is based on commission, both product sales and services. Commission is based on gross sales, not net sales. Gratuities are at the clients discretion.
