We are founded in the theory that massage and skin care are best practiced by the most educated. We blend an array of locally sourced products and effective treatments to support the bodies natural healing process, in-turn, reducing stress. Every custom crafted skin care service works to heal acne, erase sun damage and address skin care concerns that come with aging. Services are created with PCA Skin, FarmHouse Fresh, Patchology, Vital Body Therapeutics, Sombra as well as our own blends of cruelty free 100% organic Essential Oils. Our intimate location, in Heavenly Village, creates a foundation for relaxation while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

•We are not a full service spa. We do not offer steam rooms, saunas, jacuzzis, showers, or swimming pools.
To ensure that you are booked with the male or female therapist of your choice, please call the spa at 530-523-3826. All appointment cancellations will be subject to our cancellation policy. Online bookings can not be booked with specific therapists or estheticians.
Individual bookings may cancel, or reschedule, an appointment up to 24 hours prior to the appointment start time, without being charged. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a cancelation charge. The calculation of this fee is based on the regular rate of the service scheduled, regardless of any discounts that would have been applied. We value your time, and hope that you value ours as well. Gratuity is not included in the price of the service, and may be left on your credit card or in cash. Please plan accordingly if you would like to provide your therapist or esthetician with a gratuity. If pleased with your service, a standard tip is 20%.
All guests must be at least, 16 years of age to enjoy services within the spa. All cancellations will be subject to our cancelation policy.
If you are experiencing symptoms similar to a cold or flu please call before booking. We do not suggest booking appointments while experiencing any sort of potentially contagious illness. If you have been injured in the last 24 please consult a physician before booking an appointment. If you are experiencing any skin conditions or other medical conditions, please consult a physician before booking a facial. All cancellations, due to illness or injury, will be subject to our cancellation policy.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in for your service. We do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but please be aware that therapists are booked back to back and most likely will not be able to extend your treatment time.
We can accommodate up to 5 services at a time. Larger groups can be accomodated in sequentical bookings. For groups of 5 or more, we do require a Group Contract to be completed. All parties of 6 or more are subject to a 25% service charge. Additional gratuities for exceptional service are appreciated. Please call us at 530-523-3826 for help planning your spa day.
A credit or debit card is required when booking online or over the phone. Please have the information ready when you book. This is required even if you are using a gift certificate. Giving your credit card number when you book your appointment is confirmation that you understand and agree to our policies. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Please plan on arriving early enough to find parking in Heavenly Village. Our facility does not have access to free parking. Need help finding us? Call 530-523-3826 for assistance.
All gift certificates sold are valued at the purchase price. Gift certificates sold at full price never expire. However, they can be subject to an additional charge if prices have changed or a service is no longer available. All gift certificates that are given out for a promotion do expire. Promotions include, but are not limited to, auctions, races, and raffles. Please check the expiration date and use them within that time.
We will refund any product within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unopened/unused and in original packaging. We will make exchanges for products that have been opened and/or used within 30 days of purchase. Additional charges may apply to the exchange.
